This is what came out of a photo camp in October 2011. For over a week I’ve explored the village of Posmuș, in Bistrița county in Romania, together with a group of upcoming young image makers. We were mentored by the photographers Cosmin Bumbuț and Voicu Bojan, and were supported by a group of volunteers from Tășuleasa Social.
It was the first time I’ve come to this part of the country so I went out to know the people, their day-to-day and the history of the place. It rained a lot thought the whole week so I had plenty of time to connect with the other photographers and mentors. This trip helped me contextualize my relationship with photography.
