9th Wonder

9th Wonder after a show Workman's Club. Dublin, March 2018.

9th Wonder is one of my favourite hip-hop producers, and if you haven’t heard about him and you like hip-hop you’re definitely missing out.

The number of folks who turn up for a hip-hop gig in Dublin is much smaller than the crowd in Bucharest or other big cities. There’s a great advantage though; shows are held at smaller venues. It makes for a closer connection with the artist on stage and most usually grab a chat with fans after the concert.

Merrion Square

During the dark, gloomy winter months Dubliners take every moment to enjoy the sunshine. A group of kids are playing around in Merrion Square, a park in the center of Dublin city.

Dolphin Sighting

Went on a whale sightseeing trip off the coast of Baltimore, Co. Cork in Ireland. These dolphins were the best sight we got; next time.

Mizen Head

This place has great cliffs and I had a case of camera vertigo that day.

Waterford

Romanians in Ireland protest

Protester in front of Romanian Consulate in Dublin holding a sign reading "Next time fucking go and vote!!"

Romanians living in Ireland gather in front of the Romanian Consulate in Dublin to protest against the Romanian government’s attempt at decriminalising of a string of corruption offences. They are joining voices with the hundreds of thousands of demonstrators in their home country.
